Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, seals, labels, and tags must be intact.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • If the exchanged product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

To claim an exchange for:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Missing items

You must provide a clear 360-degree unboxing video.

Video Requirements

  • Video must start before opening the package

  • Show the courier label clearly

  • Continuous recording with no cuts or edits

  • Full 360° view of the product and contents

  • Recorded in good lighting

Reporting Timeline

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share photos and the video with order details via email


Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share order number, issue details, and required proof

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

  4. Exchange will be shipped after product inspection

📦 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
